Hello everyone. I am Uchida, the owner-chef of Uchiwarabe.

During my career as a chef, I have gained experience in various places in Japan and abroad. In particular, I am passionate about cooking with silver salmon as the main ingredient. My cuisine is a fusion of traditional techniques and new ideas, always trying to make the most of fresh local ingredients.

At Uchiwarabe, I want everyone to have a special experience through food, not just a delicious meal. Please enjoy the thought I put into each dish and the taste of the carefully selected ingredients. I will do my best to ensure that every guest who comes here will have a happy time.
